Print your Cannabis ID Voucher on a Laminated Card (Front-side only)

One (1) LAMINATED id-sized card, with your cannabis patient voucher printed (front-side only).

Use the 'upload your file' button to attach your digital voucher. If you don't have the document, as an alternative, you can fill out the form below so that we can help you retrieve your document for printing. Then, complete your order with payment and you will receive your card by mail, via USPS in approximately 5-7 business days. 

IMPORTANT:  We do not sell cannabis certifications or renewals. You must be a current (and LOCAL) patient of the Puerto Rico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program to order this product.

We are not associated or affiliated with any dispensary or cannabis business. We are an independent printing business.

Whether your card is accepted, as well as use of the barcode, depends on the policies, rules, and availability of the dispensaries you visit.
