Your Cannabis Voucher on a Laminated Card (Both Sides)

One (1) ID-sized laminated card printed with your cannabis voucher. This option includes a personalized barcode with your patient number printed on the back of the card.

Simply click 'Attach Document' to upload your digital voucher. If you don't have the document, you can instead complete the form on the page to help you access it.

After submitting the document or form, please proceed to pay for your order, and that's it. You will receive your card by USPS mail in approximately 5-7 business days.

IMPORTANT: 

We do not sell certifications or renewals. To order this product, you must be a Puerto Rico resident and current patient of the Puerto Rico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program.

We are not associated or affiliated with any dispensary or cannabis business. We are an independent printing service business.

Acceptance of your card and barcode usage depend on the policies, rules, and availability of the dispensary you visit.
