Your Cannabis Voucher on a Card - PVC card printed on Both Sides

One (1) ID-sized PVC card printed with your cannabis voucher. This option includes a customized barcode with your patient number on the back. 

Click 'Attach Document' to upload your digital voucher. If you don't have the document, you can instead complete the form on the page to help you access it. Complete your order and you will receive your card by mail, via USPS in approximately 5-7 business days.

IMPORTANT:  We do not sell cannabis certifications or renewals. You must be a current (and LOCAL) patient of the Puerto Rico Department of Health's Medical Cannabis Program to order this product.

We are not associated or affiliated with any dispensary or cannabis business. We are an independent printing business.

Whether your card is accepted, as well as use of the barcode, depends on the policies, rules, and availability of the dispensary you visit.
